Eligibility Of PM Internship Scheme 2024
For the application of PM Internship Scheme 2024, candidate must follow below eligibility criteria as given
- Candidates must be Permanent citizens of India
- Candidates must above 21 – 24 years old at the time of application
- No member of candidate’s family should earn more than 8 lacs per annum
- Candidates should not be enrolled for full time education. ( Open and distance learning candidates can apply)
- Candidates should not be engaged in any full-time employment.

PM Internship Scheme 2024 registration
- Candidates must first be registered on the portal through an aadhar card or e-KYC information such as name address, education qualification and any other certification details on the portal.
- Proof of education qualification and certification scanned documents would have to be uploaded by the candidate and additionally candidate must submit a self declaration that all the documents required specified in the guidelines are met and to prove non eligibility criteria.
- Based on the submitted details, a resume will be generated of the candidate by the portal.

- Once the candidate joins the company it would be confirmed on the portal. After the confirmation, the company will initiate the release of Rs.16000 as incidentals (extra expenses) which will be distributed by the government through debit transfer to candidates.
- Each month the company will pay Rs.1500 and report this payment on the portal. By following the confirmation of Rs.14500 released the government will distribute the amount to candidates through direct benefit transfer.
- After the successful completion of internship a certificate of completion would be issued by the company to the candidate and a model format of certificate will be available on the portal for the further usage.
